What is the Enlightened Ascendancy?

The Enlightened Ascendancy is all about rerolling Items. Collect Resources and use one of the various recipes to change Equipment, Talismans, Glyphs & more.

When do you unlock the Recipes?

The Recipes arent tied directly to a specific Profession and all of the following recipes can be crafted right at Level 40, after unlocking the Enlightened Ascendancy.

Are there any limits in place?

Each Item can only be rerolled or modified ONCE. Whatever the original Item is turned into will be its final form. It can still be modified completely normally after, just not with the Enlightened Specific recipes again. All Items have a visual indicator by hovering it wether it can be modified or not.

Additionally, Items crafted via these recipes are added to the Item Index.

Reroll Equipment
Works for: Armor & Weapon
Rerolls any Armor & Weapon to another random
Armor of Weapon of the same grade.
Quality gets completely randomized
with the same odds of originally drooping the item.
Armor can turn into Weapons & Weapons can turn into Armor.
Cost: 100 Thistle, 100 Cloth, 100 Blood, 100 Meat, 100 Fish, 100 Water

Reroll Quality 
Works for: Armor & Weapon & Accessoire
Rerolls the Quality a single time of any of the above items,
with the same odds of originally drooping the item.
Cost: 100 Thistle, 100 Cloth, 100 Blood, 100 Meat, 100 Fish, 100 Water

Improve Equipment
Works for: Armor & Weapon
Requires: Epic or Legendary Equipment
Attempt to upgrade the above equipment to a higher tier.
85% Quality = 1%, 86% = 2%, 87% = 3%... > 100% Quality = 16%
Armor can turn into Weapons & Weapons can turn into Armor.
If Upgrade is succesful, newly created higher grade item
can roll Common to Rare rarity.
If Upgrade fails, instead Reroll Equiipment recipe is applied.
Cost: 250 Thistle, 250 Cloth, 250 Blood, 250 Meat, 250 Fish, 250 Water

Downgrade Equipment
Works for: Armor & Weapon
Lowers any Armor or Weapon by 1 grade level to another random
Armor or Weapon of a 1 lower grade level.
Quality will stay within 1 quality level and either stay the same,
downgrade by 1 or upgrade by 1 level with no weight.
Legendary can only either stay the same or downgrade by 1.
Armor can turn into Weapons & Weapons can turn into Armor.
Cost: 150 Thistle, 150 Cloth, 150 Blood, 150 Meat, 150 Fish, 150 Water

Reroll Talisman
Rerolls any Talisman for any other Talisman completely ignoring
drop and zone restrictions.
Cost: 15 Thistle, 15 Cloth, 15 Blood, 15 Meat, 15 Fish, 15 Water

Reroll Talisman Specific
Rerolls any Talisman for any other Talisman of the same Talisman Category,
while still randomizing the tier.
Cost: 25 Thistle, 25 Cloth, 25 Blood, 25 Meat, 25 Fish, 25 Water

Reroll Glyph
Rerolls any Glyph for a new random glyph completely ignoring
drop and zone restrictions.
Cost: 50 Thistle, 50 Cloth, 50 Blood, 50 Meat, 50 Fish, 50 Water

Reroll Mixing Stone
Rerolls any Mixing for a new random Mixing Stone, ignoring drop and zone restrictions.
Mixing Stone Quality will be rerolled completely aswell.
Cost: 250 Thistle, 250 Cloth, 250 Blood, 250 Meat, 250 Fish, 250 Water

Reroll Jewel Modifier
Rerolls a Jewels modifier & values to grant completely new modifier & values.
Cost: 15 Thistle, 15 Cloth, 15 Blood, 15 Meat, 15 Fish, 15 Water

Reroll Necklace Modifier
Rerolls a Necklaces modifier & values to grant completely new modifier & values.
Does not change or reroll the amount of Modifiers on the Necklace.
Cost: 15 Thistle, 15 Cloth, 15 Blood, 15 Meat, 15 Fish, 15 Water
